Women’s U-19 clean championship: Nepal facing Bhutan

17 December, Kathmandu. Nepali women’s football team is competing with Bhutan in the U-19 clean championship today. The match to be played at the Martyrs’ Mustafa Kamal Stadium in Dhaka will start at 6:45 pm Nepali time.

Nepal drew 0-0 with Bangladesh in the first match and defeated Sri Lanka 6-0 in the second match. The top two teams in the round-robin championship will play the final on the 7th of Push. Nepal is under pressure to defeat Bhutan in today’s match to make it to the final.

Along with Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and India are participating in the championship and India is at the top of the table with 6 points.

Similarly, Bangladesh is second with 4 points and Nepal is third with 4 points.

Similarly, Bhutan is fourth with three points and Sri Lanka is unbeaten at the bottom of the table. Nepal is playing its last game against India on the 4th of Push.
